乙型肝炎疫苗纳入免疫规划及安全注射培训评估

目的了解并评价全国乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗纳入免疫规划及安全注射培训开展情况及培训效果,为今后培训工作提供相关参考意见。方法采用关键人物评价和测试比较的评估方法针对各级防保人员展开调查,以访谈、问卷调查、观察及考试测评等方式对培训情况及效果进行评估。结果各省(自治区、直辖市)都基本完成对乡村级的培训,人员培训覆盖率>80%,培训内容受到基层人员普遍认可。但对师资水平和教学条件评价相对较差。经过培训,县级及以上人员能答出80%的测评内容,不到半数的乡村医生能答出50%左右的内容,因此需要进行有针对性地强化培训。结论因培训经费、教材不足,教学手段落后,缺乏有效的培训监督和评估,实际效果并不十分理想。但强化培训收到了较好的效果,消除了培训空白人群和乡村人员有关知识的盲点,师资水平得到提高。

Review on Training on Hepatitis B Vaccine Immunization and Safe Injection

Objective To know and evaluate the developing situation and training effect on hepatitis B vaccine immunization and safe injection training to put forward valuable recommendations about training activity.Methods Questionnaire survey,observing,focus group/informal discussion and examination of relative knowledge for county level,township level and village level EPI staff were engaged in the study.Results Training for village level had been completed in most provinces,coverage rate was more than 80%;Students felt satisfied for training materials,but unsatisfied for teachers and training condition.80% questions can be answered correctly by county level staff,but less than half village doctors can answered correctly 50% questions, strengthening training is needed in the county fevel staff.Conclusion This training results are dissatisfied because lacking of training fund and materials,without necessary equipment for training,conduct multimedia training can not be carried out.After strengthening training,the EPI staff who missed the training have got the such knowledge,and resolved suitably practical problems,and strengthened the capability and skill of county level teachers.
