围生期心肌病6例临床分析

目的:探讨围生期心肌病(PPCM)的临床特点,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。方法:对我院2004年1月至2010年6月间诊治的6例围生期心肌病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:6例PPCM患者经积极治疗后,效果良好,均好转后出院,新生儿无1例死亡。结论:加强孕期监测,积极预防及治疗PPCM的高危因素,及时诊断,正确处理,可以改善妊娠结局。治疗以强心利尿,必要时扩血管治疗,选择正确的分娩方式,适时终止妊娠。

Clinical analysis of 6 cases of peripartum cardiomyopathy

Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics,provide a basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: We retrospectively analyze six clinical data of PPCM from January 2004 to June 2010.Results: After active treatment,six patients with PPCM were cured and left hospital,no neonate died.Conclusion: Enhance the survey of gestation,prevent and cure the risk factors activity,timely diagnosis,accurate cure can improve the result of gestation.The essential treatment is to strengthen the function of the heart and diuresis,to dilation the blood vessels if desired.Select the correct mode of delivery,select the suitable time of delivery.
