| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨64排螺旋CT三维重建在髋臼骨折的临床应用。方法：回顾分析25例髋臼骨折行螺旋CT容积扫描和行髋臼三维重建处理的影像学资料,并加以总结。结果：25例髋臼骨折,髋臼三维重建与手术所见完全一致,符合率为100%。结论：64排螺旋CT三维重建技术在显示髋臼骨折的空间关系上具有优势,具有较高的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective：To assess the clinical application of 3D reconstruction with 64-slice spiral CT for acetabular fracture.Methods：3D reconstruction with 64-slice spiral CT in patients with acetabular fracture in 25 patients were analyzed summarized.Results：Acetabular fracture 3D reconstruction images went all way with the results of surgery in 25 patients was 100%.Conclusions：3D reconstruction with 64-slice spiral CT takes advantages of displaying space relation of acetabular fracture and higher clinical application value. |
