山东省郯城县婴幼儿感染性腹泻流行调查

为了解婴幼儿感染性腹泻流行规律，为今后的防治工作提供科学依据，进行统计分析感染性胜利泻疫情资料，采用核实诊断，初步调查，病原学及血清学检测等流行病学调查方法。得出结果：共发病１１０例，发病率为１１．８４／１０万，均在１８个月龄以内婴幼儿，７－１２个月龄儿发病率占６１．８２％。男女之比为３．４：１，１９９７年１２月下旬－１９９８年１月上旬为流行高峰。

Investigation of the Infantile Infections Diarrbea Was Pevailed

In order to study the roles which the infantile infectious diarrhea was prevailed. To provide seientific basis for the prevntion and cure of this disease in future. Methods to analyse the data of infective diarrhea. The investigation into the epidemiology method was used in the checked diagnose.Preliminary studies,aetiology and serology examined and so on. Results 110 cases were occured in all. The incidence of this disease was 11.84 per 100 000.The total cases were less than 18 month.The seven to twelve month cases accounted for 61.82%(68/110) of all.The ratio between male and female was 3.4:1(85/25) .The peak of this disease was from late December 1997 till early January 1998.35 Cases's stool has been examined by ELISA method, and the Positive Case of rotavirus's antigen was one. Conclusion this Prevalent diarrhea of nifant was a infectious diarrhea mainly by infected the intestines' s virus (human rotavirus, HRV) . The author advised the infant was fed by mother's milk. The intestines' s level of immunity was raised by varied way.
