案例式教学法中医诊断学问诊教学中的实践

摘    要:目的评价案例式教学法在中医诊断学问诊教学中的效果。方法对2006级中医临床七年制班进行案例式教学(设为试验班),同期对同级且入学条件相当的中西医结合七年制和针灸康复七年制班(同班授课)采取传统教学形式(设为对照班)。学期末通过问卷进行考核,问卷包括学生主观感受及效果的客观测评。并分析比较两个教学班级的教学效果。结果试验班的教学效果好于对照班,学生的主观感受为案例式教学优于传统形式教学。结论案例式教学有助于学生问诊技能和辨证分析能力的培养。
