| 摘 要： | 用免疫细胞化学染色法,检查HBsAg阳性的肝硬化(LC)和慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)病人外周血单个核细胞C-myc、Ha-ras和Ki-ras三种癌蛋白(oncoproteins)的表达情况.结果发现上述三种癌蛋白在LC和CHB病人外周血淋巴细胞和单核细胞中的阳性率均显著地高于健康对照组(P<0.001),呈现过度表达的倾向;而LC病人单核细胞的Ha-ras和Ki-ras癌蛋白的阳性率还显著高于CHB组(P<0.005).

| Abstract: | Expressions of C-myc, Ha-ras and Ki-ras oncoproteins in the peripheral blood mononu-clear cells(PBMC) from HBsAg positive patients with liver cirrhosis (LC) and chronic hepatitis B (CHB)were studied by immunocytochemistry.The results showed that the positive percentages of these oncopro-teins in the lymphocytes and monocytse from both LC and CHB patients were significantly higher than those of the healthy controls (P<0.001), showing a tendency of overexpression.Higher positive per-centages of Ha-ras and Ki-ras oncoproteins in the monocytes were also found in LC patients when com-pared with CHB patients(P<0.05).The possible mechanism for such high expression of these oncopro-teins in PBMC from patients with LC and CHB was discussed. |
