| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的方法及疗效。方法对 2 1例儿童慢性鼻窦炎患者行内窥镜鼻窦手术。结果根据内窥镜鼻窦手术疗效评定标准 (1997年 ,海口 ) ,2 1例儿童慢性鼻窦炎中治愈 8例 ,治愈率 38% ;好转 9例 ,好转率 43% ;无效 4例 ,总有效率 81%。结论内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎疗效确切 ,在经保守治疗无效的情况下应选择手术

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS) for treating children with chronic sinusitis. Method:Twenty-one children with chronic sinusitis were treated via ESS. Result:According to the therapeutic evaluation standard (ESS-1997, Hai Kou), Eight cases (38%) of twenty-one children with chronic sinusitis were completly cured, nine cases(43%) were improved and four children showed no change. The total effective rate is 81%. Conclusion:ESS is a effective method in the treatment of children with chronic sinusitis, it may be selected to treat children with chronic sinusitis while the conservative treatment is no effective. |
