以社区为基础的艾滋病防制模式及效果评价

目的评价以社区为基础的艾滋病防制模式的艾滋病防制效果。方法依托市-镇-村三级疾控体系，建立艾滋病防制网络，明确职责和工作方法，规范艾滋病防制管理工作。结果模式建立后，从事艾滋病防制的专业人员比建立前增加了32倍，HIV感染者流调率达到100％，阳性告知率和检测阳性后咨询率达到92．2％，随访干预率达．到84．4％，娱乐场所干预覆盖率达到91．4％，女性商业性服务者每次商业性行为均使用安全套比例达到84．8％，静脉注射吸毒者前6个月内与别人共用针具率达到72．1％，各项主要工作指标有大幅度上升，与模式建立前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论建立以社区为基础的艾滋病防制模式，可以提高艾滋病防制整体效果。

Evaluation of effect of comtnuity-based HIV/AIDS coiltrol model

Objective To establish a community - based HIV/AIDS control model and evaluate its effect. Methods The HIV/AIDS control network was established 1 in Zhongshan city based on city - town - village disease control and prevention system, the duty and work methods were stipulated and the work of management of HIV/AIDS was standardized. Resuits The quantity of workers engaged in control of HIV/AIDS increased 32 times, the rate of epidemiological survey of HIV/ AIDS was 100% ; 92.2% infections were informed and consultations were made meantime. The following - up and intervention rates reached 84.4% and the coverage of intervention at entertainment places was 91.4% ; the rate of use of condom during commercial sex was 84.8% ; the rate of IDU who never share syringe with others in the past 6 months was 72.1%. The main indexes in controlo HIV/AIDS were obviously enhanced after intervention compared to that before intervention, showing significant statistical difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Community - based HIV/AIDS control codel has been established and remarkable results have been gained.
