| Abstract: | This paper explores the management of practice and employment for pharmacy students in higher vocational and technical colleges,analyzes the causes of practice and employment for pharmacy students and puts forward the corresponding settlement measures.Good results of training the ability and artifice for pharmacy students can be obtained by adjusting their mentality and adapting to the need of society.The effect of practice and the quality of employment can be improved. |
