| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声在诊断胆系恶性肿瘤的价值。方法回顾分析74例在我院住院患者经手术病理及ERCP证实胆系恶性肿瘤的声像特征及主要误漏诊原因。结果74例胆系恶性肿瘤中,胆囊癌40例,超声诊断35例,符合率87．5％;肝门部胆管癌12例,超声诊断9例,符合率75％;胆总管癌22例,超声诊断17例,符合率77．3％。结论超声对胆系恶性肿瘤的定性诊断价值较高,是目前公认的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of bile duct malignancies. Methods Ultrasonographic characteristics and reasons of misdiagnosis in 74 cases with bile duct cancer confirmed bv MRCP and pathology were analysed. Results Among 74 cases, 35 of 40 gallbladder cancer, 9 of 12 hepatic portal cholangioma, 17 of 22 common bile duct cancers were diagnosed by ultrasound. The sensitivity was 87.5%, 75% and 77.3% respectively. Conclusion Ultrasound plays an important role in the diagnosis of biliary duct cancers. |
