平消片联合化疗治疗消化系恶性肿瘤的临床观察

目的：观察平消片联合化疗治疗消化系恶性肿瘤的临床疗效与不良反应。方法：将68例消化系恶性肿瘤患者随机分为2组,对照组34例,治疗组34例,对照组单独应用化疗,治疗组在采用与对照组相同化疗方案的基础上联合平消片治疗,2组均21天为1周期,均化疗2周期以上。结果：治疗组化疗药物不良反应及化疗后患者的生存质量均优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：平消片联合化疗治疗消化系恶性肿瘤具有减毒增效作用,同时能够提高患者的生活质量。

Clinical observation of Pingxiaopian combined with chemotherapy for digestive system cancer

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and toxicity of Pingxiaopian combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of digestive system cancer. Methods： Total of 68 cases digestive cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in control group and 34 cases in treatment group.Both groups were treated by chemotherapy,besides,the treatment group was treated with Pingxiaopian,21 days as a cycle and treated for two cycles of chemotherapy. Results： Chemotherapy toxicity and quality of life in patients after chemotherapy for treatment group were better than control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion： Pingxiaopian combined with chemotherapy has synergy attenuated,and can improve quality of life for digestive cancer patients.
