心理干预对足踝畸形矫形患者的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨实施心理干预护理对足踝矫形患者的影响。方法:将102例足踝畸形矫形手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各51例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加以个体化心理干预行为护理,比较两组护理对患者产生效果。结果:两组患者护理满意度、生活质量评价量表(SF-36)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施合理心理干预提高足踝矫形患者的护理满意度,改善患者生活质量和心理状态,对矫形手术治疗和功能恢复有重大意义。

Abstract:With the promotion of national policies and Internet+ education, task-driven and blended learning are widely carried out. The upper limb orthotics is an important theoretical and practical course. According to the requirements of international education certification by ISPO and to improve ability of theoretical knowledge and practical, the task-driven and hybrid teaching are combined to build and explore the teaching mode which is suitable for the course. In this way, not the students will be motivated to learn but the mode might be used to provide a reference to other relevant practical courses.
