疼痛管理在老年骨折快速康复护理中的应用

目的:探讨分析疼痛管理在老年骨折快速康复护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月~2018年6月间本院收治的老年骨折患者110例,随机平均分成对照组与观察组各55例,对照组常规实施快速康复护理,观察组在对照组的基础上另行疼痛管理,观察对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组康复积极性评分明显高于对照组,住院时间明显短于对照组,护理满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疼痛管理在老年骨折快速康复护理中的应用效果显著,可明显环节患者的疼痛状况,提高其康复积极性,缩短住院时间,对促进患者康复有着重要作用,值得在临床中推广应用。

Discussion on Enhancing the Humanistic Care Ability of Rehabilitation Students

With the development of rehabilitation medicine and the increase of demand for rehabilitation, the improvement of humanistic care ability of rehabilitation students has become the need of the development of rehabilitation medicine, and it is also related to the development of social economy and the realization of national rehabilitation. Therefore, the main factors affecting the ability of humanistic care of rehabilitation students, such as family environment, school environment and students'' empathy are analyzed to investigate corresponding solutions, in order to improve the humanistic care ability of rehabilitation students and quality of rehabilitation service.
