上海市闵行区老年人口卫生服务研究

目的了解人口老龄化对卫生服务产生的影响及老年人口在卫生服务中的实际困难,为决策部门制定卫生规划提供依据。方法对上海市闵行区老年人口的健康和卫生服务情况进行调查,并组织知情人士进行焦点组访谈。结果老年人口的卫生服务中存在着分解配药、医疗保险自付比例高、养老和医疗未能很好衔接等问题。结论政府在制定政策时应充分考虑老年人的经济承受能力,卫生服务提供部门应尽量照顾老年人的医疗需求,充分发挥社区功能,做好养老和医疗的衔接等服务。

Study on Health Service for Elderly Population in Minghang District of Shanghai

Objective To find out the influences of population ageing to health service and the actual difficulty of aged in health service.In order to presents some suggestions for solving these problems.Motheds Organized focus group interviews as well as collected some information on health status and health service of elderly population.Results The elderly people have some problems in medication,health insurance and health care,et al.Conclusion The government must chew on the economical endurance of elderly people when they make policy.Health service department must care the health needs of elderly people.The role of community should be fully played,get done with the service of the join of the provide for the aged and medical insurance.
