计算机辅助细胞检测配合阴道镜检查诊断早期子宫颈病变的探讨

目的：提高早期子宫颈病变的检出率。方法：采用计算机辅助细胞检测系统(CCT)检测子宫颈涂片1347例，对98例阳性病例行阴道镜下取活组织病理检查。结果：CCT检查1347例发现异常细胞涂片98例，占7．28％，98例均行阴道镜下取活组织病理检查，CCT与病理检查结果符合者为79例，符合率80．6％。ISIL以上病变者合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染为50％以上。结论：CCT检测方法简单，准确率在80％以上，就诊条件要求低，适合门诊初筛。阳性病例配合阴道镜下病理活检，能及时发现早期宫颈病变，防止宫颈癌的发生。

To Explore the Diagnosis of Uterocerical Disease in early by Computer cell Test with Vagnoscopy

Objective: For enhancement of the detecting rate of uterocervical disease in early. Method: We examine uterocervical smear of 1347cases with the system of computer cell test(CCT).98 cases of positive are taken biopsy with vagnoscopy. Result: 98 cases are found abnormal cell smear in 1347 cases with CCT,accounting for 7.28% that are taken biopsy with vagnoscopy.The CCT of 79 cases accord with biopsy that accordance rate is 80.6%.LSIL with humon papilloma virus is over 50%. Conclusion: The method of CCT is simple that accuracy rate is over 80%. The CCT adapt for preliminary examination in out-patient department.The pasitive cases with biopsy byvagnoscope can find uterocervical disease in early to prevent uterocervical cancer.
