| 摘 要： | 分析了在新的医学技术革命及医疗卫生体制深刻变革的社会大背景下，影响我国中医医院发展的内部障碍性因素。提出发展壮大中医医院关键要抓住中医医院的发展战略、医院竞争力、服务和技术创新工作等几个重要环节，以制定既适应医疗市场需求，又体现中医特色的中医医院发展对策。
