174例高考复读生考前心理健康状况调查

目的 了解高考前复读生心理健康状况及其可能的影响因素,为针对性开展心理健康预防和干预提供参考.方法 采用SCL-90对174名某校复读生进行调查,并与同一学校277名高中生和刘氏常模比较.结果 有125例(71.8%)复读生可能存在轻度和明显的心理异常,除强迫症状外,SCL-90各因子异常(≥2分)检出率均高于高中生组和刘氏常模(P＜0.01～0.05,OR=(3.57～1.62)和(1.91～1.47),主要表现为强迫、人际关系、偏执、抑郁、敌对、焦虑等症状.复读生心理异常各种症状检出率在性别之间无显著差别,但在某些症状方面高于高中生和常模.logistic回归仅显示学习成绩与心理异常存在联系.结论 高考前复读生存在较普遍和较严重的心理问题,应重视有效的心理辅导和认知行为教育.

Investigation of the Mental Health Status of 174 Returnees from Senior High School Graduate before the College Entrance Examination

Objective To study the psychological status and its determinants of returnees from senior high school graduates before the college entrance examination and offer consultation base of mental preparation and intervention.Methods 174 returnees in a senior high school in Lianyungang region were psychologically investigated with Mental Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90)by cluster sampling on April 2005.The SCL-90 scores of them were compared with 277 senior high students' from the simile school and Liu's norm.Results 125 subjects(71.8%)had a positive screen,indicating significant psychological symptoms in more than one domain.Except for obsessive-compulsive,positive rates of any symptoms among the returnees were significantly more than ones among senior high school students in study(P<0.01~0.05,OR=3.57~1.62)and Liu's norm(P<0.01~0.05,OR=1.91~1.47).And their psychological problems were mainly somatization,personal sensitiveness,paranoid ideation,depression,hostility,anxiety and so on.Logistic regression analysis indicated that the major factors contributed to mental health status of returnees was only examination scores.Conclusion The mental health states of returnees before the college entrance examination was general unsatisfactory.It is very necessary for returnees to offer active psychological guidance and cognitive education.
