| 摘 要： | 选择胃肠癌患者，分别取术前、术中、术后第１、７天静脑海因，用放射免疫分析测定血浆神经肽Ｙ（ＮＰＹ）神经降压素（ＮＴ）、内皮素－１（ＥＴ－１）、降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）浓度。结果表明：ＮＹＰ浓度，术中高于术前（Ｐ〈０．０１），术后第１、７均低于术前（Ｐ〈０．０１）。

| Abstract: | Blood samples were obtained from patients with gastrointestinal carcinomas before operation, dur- ing operation, and 1st and 7th day after operation. The NPY NT ET-1 CGRP concentrations were determined by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the NPY levels were higher during operation and lower after operation than those before operation (P<0. 01). The NT levels were lower during operation (P<0. 05) and on the first postoperative day (P<0. 01) and on the 7th postoperative day(P>0. 05) than those of preoperation. The ET-1 and CGRP levels were negatively correlated (r=-0. 51, P<0. 01). ET-1/CGRP Ratio was 1. 4. The ratio de- creased during operation (0. 82) and on the 1st postoperative day (0. 84) and increased again on the 7th postopera- tive day (1. 36). |
