| 摘 要： | 目的探讨膀胱癌中基质金属蛋白酶2和CD147表达及其与癌浸润、转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化sp法观察49例膀胱癌组织中MMP-2和CD147的表达,并探讨其与临床病理资料的关系。结果在膀胱癌组中MMP-2和CD147的阳性率分别为76%、68%。在膀胱癌中,MMP-2和CD147的联合表达率为58%,两者的表达与膀胱癌的浸润深度及分化程度相关联;有淋巴结转移的病例阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组。结论膀胱癌中MMP-2,CD147的表达与肿瘤浸润与转移进展有关,可作为一种反映膀胱癌生物侵袭性的标志物。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase2(MMP-2)and CD147 in transitional cell carcinoma Of Bladder(TCCB).Methods The exprsession of MMP2 and CD147 was detected in TCCB by immunohistochemical SP method.Results In TCCB,the expression of MMP2 and CD147 protein was over expressed with the positive staining rate being 76% and 68%,respectively.They had a significant relevance to infiltrating depth and lymph node metastasis,but no association was observed with recurrence.Conclusion Both MMP-2 and CD147 have relevance to infiltrating depth and lymph node metastasis of bladder carcinoma.,and they are the objective marks to estimate the behaviors of bladder carcinoma. |
