| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性胰腺炎十二指肠镜治疗的时机问题,这可能是影响内镜治疗效果的重要因素。方法分为3组进行对照研究,即A组23例、B组23例、C组25例,不同时间段给予内镜治疗,观察内镜操作并发症、失败率和胰腺炎治疗后的转归。结果2007年1月立项,截止2009年8月完成71例,成功率84.5%,内镜治疗失败率、缓解率比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论急性胰腺炎十二指肠镜治疗效果与时间密切相关,内镜治疗的最佳时机是发病24h内,24～72h是第二安全时机,支持内镜常规应用于急性胰腺炎检查治疗。
