老年急性肠梗阻76例临床分析

目的:探讨老年急性肠梗阻的病因特点及治疗方法。方法:回顾收治的76例老年急性肠梗阻患者的临床资料。结果:保守治疗治愈21例,均为粘连性肠梗阻;手术治疗55例,粘连性肠梗阻4例,肠道肿瘤32例,嵌顿疝15例,肠扭转2例,麻痹性肠梗阻2例。治愈、好转74例,术后切口感染6例,吻合口瘘1例,肺感染7例,死亡2例。结论:肠粘连、肠道恶性肿瘤、嵌顿疝为老年人肠梗阻主要病因,根据病因选择针对性的治疗方法,把握手术时机,选择正确的手术术式是保证治疗效果的关键。

Clinical analysis of 76 cases with acute intestinal obstruction in senile patients

Objective To explore the pathogeny and the methods of treatment in senile patients with acute intestinal obstruction.Method The clinical data of 76 cases with acute intestinal obstruction were analyzed retrospectively from January,2005 to December,2009.Results For 21 cases were cured by conservative treatment which were all adhesive intestinal obstruction,55 cases were treated by surgery.Among them,adhesive intestinal obstruction in 4 cases,intestinal tumors in 32 cases,incarcerated hernia in 15 cases,volvulus in 2 cases and paralytic ileus in 2 cases.For 74 cases were cured and improved,6 cases had postoperative wound infection,1 case had anastomotic leakage,7 cases had lung infection and 2 cases had died.Conclusion Adhesions,intestinal cancer and incarcerated hernia are the major causes of the elderly intestinal obstruction.According to the cause of targeted treatment options,grasping the opportunity to surgery and choosing the correct surgical procedures are the keys to the treatment.
