阿维A胶囊联合消银颗粒治疗寻常性银屑病60例疗效观察

目的:探讨阿维A胶囊联合消银颗粒治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效。方法:选取临床确诊的寻常型银屑病患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组口服阿维A胶囊10 mg,3次/d,连用45 d后减为10 mg,2次/d,并用消银颗粒3.5 g,3次/d,疗程3个月。对照组采用单用阿维A胶囊,用法同上。结果:所有患者均坚持治疗1个疗程,观察组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿维A胶囊联合消银颗粒治疗寻常性银屑病疗效显著,可作为治疗此病的一个选择,并进一步观察研究。

Observation of Combined Acitretin Capsule and Xiaoyin Granule Therapy for 60 Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective To explore curative effect of combined acitretin capsule and Xiaoyin granule therapy for psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Select a clinical diagnosis of psoriasis vulgaris 120 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 60 cases observed the group oral Avi A capsule 10 mg,3 times/d qd for 45 d later reduced to 10 mg,2 times/d,and eliminate silver particles 3.5 g,3 times/d,a course of 3 months.The control group was treated with Avi A capsule usage ibid.Results After a course of treatment,Observation Group showed a remarkably better result than Control Group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined acitretin capsule and Xiaoyin granule therapy is significantly effective for psoriasis vulgaris.So,it is a choice for treating the disease.And this needs further observation and investigation.
