| 摘 要： | 目的 :分析亚临床甲状腺机能减退症 (甲减 )的病因及处理对策。方法 :经检测血清TSH、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、FT4及FT3 ,从我院门诊及住院患者中筛查出 114例亚临床甲减 ,并加以分析。结果 :35 1%的亚临床甲减为自身免疫性甲状腺疾病 (AITD)所致 ,2 1 9%为甲亢或甲减治疗后及甲状腺手术后引起 ,4 3 0 %不明原因。结论 :亚临床甲减与自身免疫有关 ,但大多原因不明。对不同原因所致的亚临床甲减应采取不同对策。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the cause and treatment of case with subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods:114 cases with subclinical hypothyroidism were established by measuring serum TSH,thyroid perroxidases antibody(TPOAb),FT 3 and FT 4 of patients in our hospital,who were got by doubt to have the thyroid disease.Results:35.1%cases were with autoimmune thyroid diseases (AITD),21.9% were caused after hyperparathy roidism or hypothyroidism treated or thyroid gland operated ,reasons of 43.0% were unknown.Conclusion:Cases of subclinical hypothyroidism are related to autoimmunity,but almost of those are unknown .So that the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism should be treated according to the different cause of diseases. |
