乳腺癌组织褪黑素受体1和雌激素受体表达的相关性及其临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨褪黑素受体1(MT1)和雌激素受体(ER)在乳腺癌组织中表达水平的相关性及其临床意义。方法: 采用免疫组化染色(SP)法检测90例乳腺浸润性导管癌、34例乳腺导管内癌和35例癌旁乳腺组织中MT1和ER的表达水平,并对其表达进行相关性分析。结果: ER、MT1在两组乳腺癌中的阳性表达率均高于其在癌旁乳腺组织中的阳性表达率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在124例乳腺癌中,ER与MT1的表达均与组织学分级(P=0.036,P=0.015)、临床分期(P=0.014,P=0.021)及淋巴结转移(P=0.014,P=0.006)有相关性,差异有统计学意义。MT1与ER在乳腺浸润性导管癌、乳腺导管内癌组织中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.411,P=0.000;r=-0.454, P=0.007)。结论: MT1高表达和ER低表达与乳腺癌的发展和转归有关,联合检测MT1、ER的表达可为乳腺癌预后的判断及靶向治疗提供实验依据。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the correlation of expression level between melatonin receptor 1(MT1) and estrogen receptor (ER) in breast cancer tissue and its clinical significance. MethodsThe expression of MT1, ER in 90 cases of invasive ductal breast cancer, 34 of intraductal breast cancer, 35 of the tissues near breast carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical staining. The correlation of their expression were analyzed. ResultsThe positive rate of ER and MT1 expression in invasive ductal breast cancer and intraductal breast cancer were higher than those in the tissues near breast carcinoma. The difference had statistical significance( P<0.05). The correlation of ER and MT1 expression was observed with histological grade (P=0.036,P=0.015), clinical stage (P=0.014,P=0.021) and lymph node metastasis(P=0.014,P=0.006) in 124 cases of breast cancer. The results were statistically significant. Negative correlation was observed between the expression of MT1 and ER in invasive ductal breast cancer and intraductal breast cancer(r=-0.411, P=0.000;r=-0.454, P=0.007).ConclusionThe expression of MT1 and ER in the breast cancer are correlated with the development and transfer of breast cancer. Combined detecting of their expression can provide experimental basis to be used for the prognostic judgment and targeted therapy of breast cancer.
