香青兰总黄酮对支气管哮喘大鼠Th1/Th2免疫失衡的调节作用

摘    要: 目的观察香青兰总黄酮对支气管哮喘大鼠辅助T淋巴细胞1(Th1)/辅助T淋巴细胞2(Th2)细胞因子失衡的调节作用。方法采用卵白蛋白致敏和激发建立大鼠哮喘模型,给予香青兰总黄酮进行干预后,ELISA法检测大鼠支气管肺泡灌流液中白介素4(IL-4)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)及嗜酸粒细胞趋化蛋白1(Eotaxin-1)的水平。结果香青兰总黄酮可剂量依赖性的降低哮喘大鼠支气管肺泡灌流液中IL-4和Eotaxin-1含量,升高IFN-γ含量,减小IL-4/IFN-γ比值(P<0.05或0.01)。结论香青兰总黄酮对支气管哮喘Th1/Th2免疫失衡有一定调节作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of moldavica total flavone on immunologic balance of helper T lymphocyte 1 (Th1)/helper T lymphocyte 2 (Th2) in ovalbumin-induced asthmatic rats. Methods Rats asthma model was established by ovalbumin challenge methods. After moldavica total flavones treatment, interleukin-4 (IL-4), interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and Eotaxin-1 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were respectively detected by ELISA. Results The levels of IL-4, Eotaxin-1 and ratio of IL-4/IFN-γ in ovalbumin-induced asthmatic rats were markedly decreased and the level of (IFN-γ) dramatically increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01) after administration of moldavica total flavone. Conclusion Moldavica total flavone is effective in treating asthma by adjusting immunologic imbalance of Th1/Th2.
