内皮素受体拮抗剂提高鼠皮瓣组织活力的实验研究

摘    要:研究内皮素受体拮抗剂PD145065对皮瓣组织活力的影响。制备任意皮瓣,分成PD145065组、生理盐水两组,取皮瓣组织测定皮瓣掀起前后丙二醛(MDA)产量和超氧歧化酶(SOD)活性,用激光多谱勒血流仪监测皮瓣微循环血量。皮瓣掀起后PD145065组SOD活性下降低恢复快,MDA量产生少,皮瓣微循环血量下降程度低。14d后观察PD145065组皮瓣成活长度明显大于生理盐水组。提示皮瓣掀起初期给予PD145065,可提高皮瓣组织活力及成活长度。

A Study of Non-Selective Endothelin Receptor Antagonist how to Improve the Survival Length of Random Flap
Abstract:Dynamic changes of SOD activity and MDA concentration in flap after elevation and effects of non selective endothelin receptor antagonist PD145065 on microcirculation blood flow in random flap were investigated. The random flaps elevated on the back of the rats werw divided into two groups,PD145065 treat group(1μmol/kg) and saline treat group. Microcirculation blood flow in flap was measured with Laser Doppler Flowmeter at different times. PD145065 treated group had lower lever of MDA concentration but higher lever of SOD activity compared with saline-treat group post- elevation. Microcirculation blood flow in the two groups decreased most greatly at 1 hour post elevation,and microcirculation blood flow in the saline-treat group decreased more than that in the PD145065 -treat group at all the times post-elevation. At early elevation stage PD145065 injection may improve microcirculation blood flow in random flap and increase its survival length.
