糖尿病合并高血压患者血浆ET、CGRP变化的相关性

目的　探讨内皮素 (ET)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)在糖尿病合并高血压和单纯高血压中的变化及相互关系。方法　分别对 5 9例糖尿病合并高血压和 5 6例单纯高血压患者 ,测定空腹和餐后血糖、血浆ET ,CGRP ,并测定血脂、尿微量白蛋白 ,查眼底和体重指数。结果　两组ET值均升高 ,餐后较空腹明显增高 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;糖尿病合并高血压组CGRP餐后与空腹差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,单纯高血压组无差异 ,两组空腹有差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,餐后差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　糖尿病合并高血压ET值升高 ;CGRP值降低 ,与血糖、甘油三脂有关 ;提示治疗糖尿病时降低ET可减轻、延缓并发症的发生

The Relationship between Diabetes with Hypertension and Changes of Plasma Endothelin(ET) and Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide(CGRP)

Objective To study the changes of plasma ET and CGRP in hypertension with and without diabetes and to explore their association.Method Fasting and postprandial blood glucose,plasma levels of ET,CGRP,lipids,urinary microalbumin excretion(UAE) and body mass index(BMI) were measured in 59 diabetes patients with hypertension and 56 hypertension patients respectively.Fundi examination were carried out by an ophthalmologist.Result Plasma ET levels were significantly different between hypertension patients with and without diabetes.Postprandial plasma ET was significantly higher(P<0.01).Fasting and postprandial plasma ET were significantly higher in hypertension with diabetes group(P<0.01).In hypertension with diabetes group,the fasting and postprandial plasma CGRP levels were significantly different (P<0.05).But no difference was found between fasting and postprandial plasma CGRP in hypertension group.Fasting and postprandial plasma CGRP were significantly different between hypertension patients with and without diabetes(P<0.05,P<0.01 respectively).Conclusion Plasma ET level was significantly higher in hypertension with diabetes group.The reduction of CGRP was related to blood glucose and triglyceride.It is suggested the ET lowering therapy may contribute to delay the onset and progression of complications in diabetes.
