| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨怀牛膝对维甲酸所致的大鼠骨质疏松的防治作用。方法 :怀牛膝水煎液分别以 7.1g/kg和 14.2 g/ kg灌胃给维甲酸所致骨质疏松大鼠 ,测其自发活动数、血 Ca、血 P、血中 AL P、骨 Ca、骨 P、骨密度以及骨中 HP等指标 ,并与模型组、对照组比较。结果 :大鼠的自发活动数、骨密度增加 ,血 Ca、血 P、骨 Ca、骨 P以及骨中 HP含量增加 ,血中 AL P活性降低。结论 :怀牛膝水煎液能显著增加维甲酸所致骨质疏松大鼠的活动能力 ,阻止维甲酸所造成的大鼠骨矿质的丢失 ,增加其骨中有机质的含量 ,提高骨密度。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To explore the preventive and curative effects of Achyranthes bidentata on osteoporosis induced by retioic acid in rats. METHODS: Extract of Achyranthes bidentata was given to rats with osteoporosis induced by retioic acid, 7.1 g·kg -1 , ie: voluntary activity and biochemical indexes of the rats was measured and compared with those of model group and control group. RESULTS:Both voluntary activity and bone density of the treated rats were increased. CONCLUSION: Extract of Achyranthes bitentata could markedly enhance voluntary activity of the rats with osteoporosis induced by retioic acid, prevent mineral missing caused by retioic acid within bone of rats , increase the bone density and the content of the organic compound. |
