| 摘 要： | 目的：观察MEBO治疗烧伤植皮术后残余创面疗效。方法：采取局部治疗与全身治疗方法,对残余创面涂MEBO厚1mm～2mm,每4h涂药一次,并根据创面培养、血培养结果,选择敏感的抗生素治疗,同时加强营养支持和电解质平衡。结果：本组138例全部治愈,最短7天,最长17天,愈合创面平坦,无明显瘢痕。结论：MEBO治疗烧伤植皮术后残余创面疗效好,时间短,瘢痕轻,是一种理想的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating residual wounds after skin grafting. Method: MEBO was applied local to the wounds to a thickness of 1 to 2 mm. The drug was smeared once every 4 hours. According to the result of bacteria culture, antibiotic agent was applied. Nutrition supply was adopted and electrolyte balance was maintained at the same time. Result:138 patients in this study group were all cured. The shortest wound healing time was 7 days and the longest 17 days. After wound healing, the skin was smooth with no marked scar. Conclusion: MEBO is efficacious in treating residual wounds after skin grafting. The treating course is short and the scar is slight. It is an ideal remedy for this purpose. |
