瑞芬太尼在支撑喉镜声带息肉摘除术中的应用体会

目的观察瑞芬太尼在支撑喉镜声带息肉摘除术中的应用效果。方法80例择期支撑喉镜声带息肉摘除患者，ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级，年龄15～55岁，体重38～73kg。随机分为两组，A组为瑞芬太尼组，B组为芬太尼组，各40例。观察记录两组患者术中生命体征及苏醒情况。结果两组插管后BP、HR均有降低，组间比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；术毕至拔管时间A组明显短于B组（P〈0．01）。结论瑞芬太尼用于支撑喉镜声带息肉摘除术，可以提供满意的术中镇痛；既能快速加深麻醉，也可迅速恢复；是一种安全、有效的麻醉方法。

Clinical Observation on Operation Anaesthetizes Supported Laryngoscope to Extirpate Polypi of Cord with Remifentanil

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of remifentanil in supporting larynqoscope to extirpate polypi of cord operation. Methods 80 ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ ,aged 15 - 55yr,scheduled for supporting larynqoscope to extirpate polypi of cord operation were randomly divided into two groups for receiving remifentanil （group A,n=40） and fentanyl （group B,n=40）. The following variables were record- ed： SBP,DBP,HR,SPO2 and revival time. Results Remifentanil administration induced a significant decrease in SBP,DBP and HR, and these variables were significantly lower in group A than in group B （P〈0.05）. Revival time were significantly lower in group A than that in group B （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Remifentanil provides a good intraoperation analgesia,it has a good controllable,and can be safely applied in supporting larynqoscope to extirpate polypi of cord operation.
