大鼠不同节段回肠的组织学和组织化学研究

目的研究大鼠不同节段回肠的组织学和组织化学特点，为其功能的研究提供资料。方法取大鼠回肠上、中、下三段，经HE染色和阿利新兰-PAS反应，镜下观察绒毛及细胞形态，计数杯状细胞和潘氏细胞的数量并测量内环肌外纵肌的厚度，所得数据进行统计学分析。结果从上段到下段，回肠绒毛变稀疏，根部逐渐变粗，越接近下段绒毛分叉现象明显；上段与下段、中段与下段潘氏细胞的数量差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；下段潘氏细胞较多。杯状细胞由上段至下段有增多的趋势，统计学分析差异显著（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。自上段至下段肌层变薄，内环肌、外纵肌分别进行段间比较，差异显著（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论大鼠回肠不同节段在形态学上存在明显差异。

Histology and histochemistry study on different parts of the ileum in mice

Objective: To study histological and histochemical characters of different parts of the ileum in mice and provide data for the study of ileum's function.Methods The mice's ileum is used in this study.The ileum of the mice was cut into the upper,middle and lower parts.The morphology of villi,globlet cells(GCs) and Paneth cells(PCs) were observed,and the number of the globlet cells(GCs) and Paneth Cells(PCs) was counted and the thickness of the circular and longitudinal muscle were measured under the microscope.All measured items are analyzed by statistics.Results From the upper part to the lower part,the villi grow sparse short and cone-shaped and have branches;As to PCs,there was a remarkable difference among the upper and lower part,P<0.05.so as the middle and lower part.About GC,from the upper part to the lower part,there are more and more GCs in the ileum,this difference have statistical meaning,analyzed by statistics,P<0.05,P<0.01.When compared compared whth the different part of circular smooth muscle layer and the longitudinal smooth muscle layer there was a remarkable difference,P<0.05,P<0.01.Conclusion There were difference between different parts of ileum.
