| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肾上腺意外瘤中醛固酮瘤的左心室肥厚情况。方法:肾上腺意外瘤中醛固酮瘤患者21例(A组)和有症状的醛固酮瘤患者30例(B组),分别记录一般临床资料和生化指标,并进行超声心动图检查。对两组患者的临床特征、生化检测结果和左心室肥厚程度进行比较分析。结果:(1)B组左室后壁厚度、LVM、LVMI高于A组。(2)醛固酮瘤患者LVMI与立位血浆醛固酮独立相关。(3)B组左室肥厚发生率高于A组。结论:肾上腺意外瘤中醛固酮瘤的醛固酮分泌轻度升高可导致左心室肥厚。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with aldosteronoma in adrenal incidentaloma.Methods 21 patients with aldosteronoma in adrenal incidentaloma(group A) were evaluated,all of whom were recorded clinical data,biochemical indicators,and examined by echocardiography.These data were compared with those of 30 typical aldosteronoma(group B).Results ⑴ Group B patients had significant greater left ventricular posterior wall thickness(PWd),LVM,LVMI compared with group A patients.⑵Multiple regression analysis showed a correlation between LVMI and upright plasma aldosterone in aldosteronoma(P<0.05).3)the incidence of left ventricular hypertrophy in group 2 was higher than in group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion aldosteronoma in adrenal incidentaloma,whose aldosterone secretion mild elevated could lead to left ventricular hypertrophy. |
