显微镜下提上睑肌缩短术矫治先天性上睑下垂临床分析

目的观察在显微镜下行提上睑肌缩短术治疗先天性上睑下垂的效果。方法显微镜下行提上睑肌缩短术21例22眼,观察术后反应及矫正效果。结果随访观察0.5～1年,满意16例,基本满意5例,无1例矫正不足和过矫。结论显微镜下行提上睑肌缩短术解剖层次清晰,操作精确,损伤轻,减少并发症,术后反应轻,恢复快,效果更满意。

Prepare 21 operations of levator muscle resection on born blepharoptmis padenu under a microscope Stept2. Observe the reaction after being operated and the effect of orthopaedics. Results One hand, there is none orthopaedics which is short or excessive. The other hand, there are 16 satisfactory operations and the test 5 ones are almost satisfactory. Conclusion No. 1 The anatomical level and operation steps of it are clear and accurate. No. 2 It losses light and reduces the complications. No. 3 After operation, the reaction isnt serious and recovery is rapid. The effect is more satisfactory.
