腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者预防应激性溃疡的必要性研究

目的:评价非高危因素的腹腔镜下胆囊切除术(LC)患者预防应激性溃疡(SU)的必要性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:将90例非高危因素的腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者按1:2的比例随机分为未用药组和用药组,并进行回顾性分析:术后SU的发生率;住院时间、住院费用、药品费用和原有疾病治愈率;不良反应发生率。其中未用药组30例,不进行SU的预防;用药组60例,使用抑酸药(ASD)预防SU。结果:未用药组与用药组均未出现术后SU和严重不良反应;二者在住院时间、住院费用、药品费用和原有疾病治愈率上的差异均无统计学意义;未用药组平均住院费用和平均药品费用均低于用药组。结论:对于不存在高危因素的LC患者,预防应激性溃疡是没有必要的。

A Necessity Study of Stress Ulcer Prophylaxis in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective To evaluate the necessity of stress ulcer(SU) prophylaxis in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) without risk factors.Methods A total of 90 patients were included and randomly divided into nonprophylaxis group(n=30) and prophylaxis group(n=60).Analysis indicators included SU rate;duration of hospitalization,hospitalization cost,drug cost and the cure rate of disease;Results Both of two groups didn't appear SU and adverse reaction;There is no significant differences between two groups in duration of hospitalization,hospitalization cost,drug cost and the cure rate of disease;The non-prophylaxis group take a lower average hospitalization cost and drug cost than the prophylaxis group.Conclusion It is not necessary to take SU prophylaxis in Surgical Patients without Risk Factors.
