腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除80例疗效分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术的临床疗效。方法随机将160例子宫肌瘤患者分为观察组和对照组,各80例。观察组实施腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术,对照组行开腹子宫肌瘤剥除术。对比2组术中出血量、手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、肌瘤剥除率。结果观察组中出血量、手术时间、术后肛门排气时间,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但对照组的肌瘤剥除率高于观察组。结论肌瘤剥除彻底,腹腔镜肌瘤剥除率虽然较开腹手术略低,但是手术创伤小、术中出血量少、手术时间短、术后恢复快速。应根据肌瘤的具体情况和患者的身体状况加以选择。
