| 摘 要： | 目的分析妊娠高血压综合征(简称妊高征)围生期的治疗方法和疗效。方法针对31例妊高征患者给予解痉、降压、镇静、适时终止妊娠等治疗措施。结果 31例患者中行剖宫产手术25例,助产分娩3例,自然分娩3例。住院10 d~16 d,均痊愈出院,无孕妇和新生儿死亡病例。结论妊高征围生期早期发现,正规治疗,可以明显减少孕产妇及围生儿病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective Summary uteruses high sign perinatal treatment methods and curative effect. Methods January 2008 to December 2011 hospitalized uteruses high sign and cases of clinical data and treatment results were summarized. Results The operation of cesarean section 25 cases, 3 cases of obstetric delivery, natural childbirth 3 cases. Hospital 10-16 d, the patient was discharged after all. Conclusion High sign perinatal uteruses found early, regular treatment, can significantly reduce maternal and perinatal mortality son. |
