| Abstract: | To cope with the challenges of military hospital development, we should strengthen the development of talents and hardware of the hospital to adapt to the demands of market, establish the inspiriting mechanism, form small -general and large -special mode to improve the effectiveness of the hospital, and promote the comprehensive construction of the hospital. |
