三相避孕片的雌激素活性研究

目的：了解三相避孕片的雌激素活性及药理作用，为国产三相避孕片卡丽瑞用于妇科月经紊乱等疾病的治疗提供理论依据。方法：通过光镜观察灌服国产（卡丽瑞）和进口（特定偶）三相避孕片的雌性小鼠的阴道涂片，观察其对雌性幼年小鼠阴道角化上皮细胞形成的促进作用；用成年雌兔去卵巢一周后子宫组织细胞液，通过放射嗳 体分析测定上述三相避孕片对雌激素受体作用。结果：与阴性对照组比，卡丽瑞各相的大、中、小剂量组和特定偶组均对雌性幼年小鼠阴道角化上皮细胞的开成产生明显促进作用（P＜0．01）。三相避孕片各相相似剂量组比，第一、二相之间无明显差异，但均较第三相作用明显（P＜0．05）。卡丽瑞与特定偶各相同等剂量相比，两者无明显差异。结果还显示，卡丽瑞和特定偶均对雌激素受体具较高亲和力，与雌激素标准品比无明显差异（P＞0．05）。结论：三相避孕片具有显著雌激素活性。

Experimental Study on Estrogenic Function of Triphasic Contraceptive Tablets

Objective To assess the estrogenic effect and activity of oral triphasic contraceptive tablets and provide the theoretical foundation for the use of homemade Kalirui in the treatment of metrorrhagic, menometrorrhagic, oligomenorrheic, and polymenorrheic dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods The vaginal smears of mice treated by triphasic contraceptive tablets (Kalirui and Trinordiol) were examined using light microscope. Radiational receptor analysis was made to measure the estrogenic effect of Kalirui and Trinordiol on rabbit uterus. Results Compared with the control group, the three dosage groups of homemade (Kalirui) triphasic contraceptive tablets and the import tablets (Trinordiol) group all showed obviously accelerate vagina kera epithelium forming ( P <0.01), especially in the first phase and second phase. Both Kalirui and Trinordiol were found to have higher affinity to estrogenic receptor, and there were no significant differences between them and the estrogenic standard sample( P >0.05). Conclusion Kalirui and Trinordiol triphasic oral contraceptive tablets have apparently estrogenic effect and activity.
