| 摘 要： | 目的:通过中医药内外同治和单纯中药内治疗效的比较,评价中医综合治疗对中风后肢体肿胀疼痛的临床疗效。方法:采用临床随机分组对照研究,对纳入研究的中风急性期且伴有肢体肿胀疼痛的患者78人随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组均予以相同的基础治疗和辨证内服汤药,治疗组另辅以中药药酒外擦治疗。结果:治疗14d后治疗组有效率93.1%,对照组有效率60%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法对于中风后肢体肿胀疼痛具有良好的治疗效果,值得进一步深入研究及临床推广应用。
