| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对汕头地区哮喘患儿过敏原的分布状况进行调查分析,为本地区儿童哮喘的预防和治疗提供依据。方法：应用屋尘螨、粉尘蟎等18种常见过敏原的标准化提取液对579例支气管哮喘患儿进行皮肤过敏原点刺试验,记录结果并加以分析。结果：过敏原检测总阳性率为79.1（,其中阳性检出率前两位的过敏原依次为粉尘螨、屋尘螨。结论：汕头地区支气管哮喘患儿主要的过敏原为粉尘螨、屋尘螨等。

| Abstract: | Objective：According to the analysis on the distribution of asthmatic children＇s allergen in Shantou,to provide basis for prevention and treatment of childhood asthma.Method： Using 18 kinds of common allergen such as house dust mite and dermatophagoides farinae extract for 579 cases bronchial asthma child patients to taste allergen SPT,recorded the results and analyzed.Result： The total positive rate of allergen test was 79.1%,and the positive rate of first 2 allergens were dermatophagoides farinae and house dust mite.Conclusion： The major allergens of bronchia asthma child patients in Shantou are dermatophagoides farinae,house dust mite and so on. |
