抗真菌新药特比萘芬对家兔皮肤慢性毒性研究

用特比萘芬对青紫蓝家兔连续进行一个月皮肤敷药毒性试验，观察动物所产生的毒性反应情况，为临床局部用药提供安全方面依据，试验分设基质对照，５％、１０％和２０％四组，结果敷药局部皮肤２０％组呈明显充血红斑，并伴以轻度水肿，组织学检查见皮肤角化层略增厚；１０％组出现明显红斑，５％组１／３兔出现轻度红斑，全身情况、血液学参数、血液生化指标、组织检查与对照组相比均未见明显差别。

Chronic toxicity tests of terbinafine on rabbits'derma

Terbinafine is a new antimycotic drug for both systemic and topical application.An one month toxicity tests of terbinafine with topical administation wrer performed on derma in rabbits Four groups of rabbits received terbinafine daily at four graded dosages 0%(suhatrate control),5%,10%,and 20% cream for a period of one-month,The resuits of the tests were as follows,On the administrated region,severe,erythema,light myxedema and hypertrophy corneum were seen in the 20% group;erythema was observed in 10% group,light erythema was seen in one third 5%group;The indexes involving in general condition.hematoiogic parameters, biood biochemistry,hist pathologic examinations were found to have no significant differences(P>0.05)between the terbinafine group and the control group,The results show that rabbits have good resistance and safe with topical application in a long period.
