| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2DM和相伴脂肪肝2DM与血脂和GSH—Px的相互关系。方法检测分析我院2004年6月～2006年7月已收治相伴脂肪肝2DM，单纯2DM和正常健康查体3组受验者血糖、血脂和GSH—Px测定参数值。结果已发现相伴脂肪肝2DM患者的BMI、FAT、TG和LDL明显高于单纯2DM患者和正常健康的对照组，同时还检测GSH—Px在3组受验者中仍存在显著差异，而且与受验者年龄和TG呈负相关，与BMI、LDL和HDL呈正相关。结论认为血脂、BMI、FAT是产生相伴脂肪肝2DM的重要致病因素，单纯2DM患者的抗氧化酶GSH-Px活性值下降，相伴脂肪肝2DM患者的抗氧化酶GSH-Px活性值降低不明显，很可能与肝脏脂质代偿功能有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship of Glutathione peroxidase （GSH-Px） and other correlative factors with type 2 diabetic fatty liver. Methods we examined GSH-Px blood fat in serum and BMI.FAT. TG .TC and HDL in 26 cases of type 2 diabetic fatty hver,32 cases of type 2 diabetic and 32 healthy people. Results The BMI.TG.FAT of type 2 diabetic fatty fiver patients were significantly higher than that of the others groups. GSH-Px tevel of each group had significant changes,as well as was correlative with age and HDL. Conclusion BMI and TG are important riskey factors.The antioxidant enzyme in the serum of type 2 diabetic patients is reduced and is related with aging and HDL. |
