| 摘 要： | 根据重症急性胰腺炎病情演变的特点，应用中医理论进行分期论治，把整个病程分为初期、进展期、恢复期，按照各期的特点通过通腑泻下、清热解毒、活血化瘀、补益滋阴等方法，采用多种治疗手段，取得了很好的效果。

| Abstract: | This article reviews and analyzes the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis by Chinese medicine by stages. It is found that the disease can be distinguished by early stage, deteriorating stage and recuperating stage. The disease can be treated by catharsis, clearing heat and relieving toxin, activating blood and resolving stasis, nourishing and enriching yin through multiple means of therapy. |
