| 摘 要： | 采用０．１ＭＰａ高压氧治疗外伤性颅内血肿４０例，吸９９．８％纯氧２０分钟，吸舱内空气１０分钟，反复３次，治疗２０次３１例，３０次８例，４０次１例．平均治疗１８．５天，血肿完全吸收或接近完全吸收，无一例转为手术治疗．

| Abstract: | This paper reports that 40 cases of traumatic intracranial hematoma were treated with 0.1 MPa hyperbaric oxygenation, which the 99.8% pure oxygen was inhaled for 20 min and the air in chamber was inhaled fot 10 min. Such inhalation was repeated 3 times in each treatment. There were 31 cases lasting 20 treatments, 8 lasting 30 treatments and 1 lasting 40 treatments. After treatment of 18. 5 days averagely, the hematomas were completely absorbed or obviously improved. None suffered from surgery. |
