| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多囊肾的CT诊断价值。方法回顾性分析28例多囊肾患的CT表现，并总结其CT表现与肾功能的关系。结果28例均见肾内数个大小不等囊性低密度影，双侧24例，单侧4例，囊腔内出血3例，囊壁钙化8例，伴肾结石10例。结论CT能准确诊断多囊肾，并可依据其CT征象及临床资料综合评价其肾功能，为临床治疗提供更大帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective Evaluation of CT in the diagnosis of polycystic kidney. Methods We reviewed the CT diagnosis of 28 patients with polycystic kidney and discussed the relations of CT findings with renal function.Results The identification of multiple large or small cysts in the 28 patients, 24 cases were bilateral and 4 cases were unilateral, 3 cases with hematoma in the cysts, 8 cases with renal calcifications, 10 cases with renal stone. Conclusion CT is highly accurate to diagnose the polycystic kidney and assess the renal function based on the CT findings and clinical informations. |
