| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the protective effects of Icro-pieces of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction of myocardial angiogenesis and molecular mechanisms of rats with acute myocardial ischemia.Methods: The left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated to make a model of acute ischemic myocardium.The microvessel vascular density(MVD) were observed.The expression of VEGF at protein level were studied in immuneohistochemical method.Results: Compared to model group,Icro-pieces of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction could significantly enhance the levels of MVD and expression of VEGF(P<0.05).Conclusions: Icro-pieces of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction could promote angiogenesis in ischemic myocardium of rats,It has protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia in rats.Upregulating the expression of VEGF may be one of its mechanisms. |
