| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对番禺地区部分职业女性在健康体检中行乳腺疾病检查情况分析,以了解本区内职业女性中乳腺疾病的发病情况.方法 2008年6月至2010年6月对番禺区6 708名20～70岁职业女性前来本院进行健康体检,常规进行生活史咨询,乳腺检查及临床触诊,钼靶照片及彩色B超检查,建议肿块明确者进行病理活检.结果 此次标本中20～70岁职业女性中乳腺增生发病率35.51%,乳腺纤维瘤患病率0.89%,其他良性乳腺疾病0.33%,乳腺癌患病率59.63%,本地区30～59岁组年龄阶段乳腺癌高发.结论 番禺区职业女性乳腺疾病发病率有增高趋势,及早通过体检能早期发现病变.
