| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜手术联合局部药物注射治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法以本院输卵管妊娠未破裂型患者45例为治疗组,以同期收治的输卵管妊娠未破裂型患者42例为对照组。治疗组给予腹腔镜输卵管开窗术或妊娠胚胎物挤出术,联合输卵管局部注射肾上腺素及甲氨蝶呤治疗;对照组给予腹腔镜术,联合肌肉注射甲氨蝶呤治疗。结果治疗组术中出血量及人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)恢复正常时间均较对照组少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后两组输卵管通畅率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组术后持续性异位妊娠的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合肾上腺素和甲氨蝶呤,局部注射治疗未破裂型输卵管妊娠,疗效满意,值得临床推广。
