| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护理干预在预防宫颈癌术后尿潴留中的疗效.方法 以本院宫颈癌患者41例为治疗组,以同期收治的宫颈癌患者41例为对照组,2组患者均行子宫颈癌根治术.术后对照组给予传统护理,治疗组给予相关护理干预,比较2组术后尿潴留的发生率.结果 拔除尿管后,治疗组3例发生尿潴留,发生率为7.32%;对照组11例发生尿潴留,发生率为26.83%,经过比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组尿潴留发生率低于对照组.结论 有效的护理干预可减少宫颈癌术后尿潴留的发生.
