| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨女性原发性高血压患者绝经前后血脂的变化及其意义.方法 将80例女性原发性高血压患者分为绝经前组和绝经后组,测定晨起空腹静脉血中总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),将各指标与健康对照组以及高血压患者绝经前后对比分析.结果 高血压组TC、TG、LDL-C显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而HDL-C、HDL-C/TC则明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).高血压组绝经前HDL-C、HDL-C/TC高于绝经后组,差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05),TC、TG、LDL-C低于绝经后组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 女性原发性高血压患者绝经后TC、TG、LDL-C增高,而HDL-C、HDL-C/TC降低,提示绝经后女性原发性高血压患者应注意加强追踪检查血脂成分的测定.
